The Community Reusable Dinnerware Kit has been developed by the Solana Beach Eco Rotary Club. It is a collection of mismatched dining plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, mugs, and serving ware designed to be used multiple times, promoting sustainability, and reducing single-use item waste. The project aims to make it easier for the community and event organizers to choose the reusable option when large quantities of dinnerware are needed. It helps save money and encourages communal activities.Over time, the consistent use of the reusable Kit will shift cultural and community norms back to eco-friendly practices, making reusable items the standard rather than the exception.
